Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns for Refund:

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Your refund will be issued back to original form of payment.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Store Credit:

• Returns made between 15 and 30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, accessories, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at tania@modamiaboutique.net with your order number to initiate a return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
